Try to avoid alcohol for 24hrs after a Reiki session as one glass of wine could feel like the whole bottle!

Avoid heavy foods: Stay away from processed foods, refined sugars, and energy-draining snacks they will make you feel groggy. Eat light, healthy foods Focus on fresh fruits and vegetables to support your body's healing process. Save that sweet treat for another day!

Emotional Awareness
Notice your feelings: Be aware of any emotions or physical sensations that arise, as these are normal parts of the process.
Be patient: Healing reactions like tiredness, mood swings, or even headaches are possible and normal; be patient with yourself and allow the process to unfold naturally.
